BookingCare is a platform for scheduling medical appointments that helps patients easily choose the right doctor from a network of specialized and reputable physicians with verified information, allowing for quick appointment booking.

WHY BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITH BOOKINGCARE

1. Reputable Doctors: Specialized and competent physicians with verified information, trusted by many patients, highly rated by colleagues, and reputable in the industry. Working or have worked at top hospitals in Hanoi.
2. Right Person, Right Condition: Verified information and experience of doctors, easy-to-understand guides, and system suggestions help patients book appointments with the right specialized physicians suitable for their medical concerns.
3. Attentive Support: Through close cooperation with healthcare facilities, we assist patients before, during, and after their appointments to ensure effective visits and safeguard patient rights.
4. 24/7 Booking: Operating continuously 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year, including holidays. Always available 24/7 for patients to make online bookings.

ROLE OF BOOKINGCARE

1. Before Appointment: Reminders for appointments and pre-visit preparation guidance. Instructions on travel and examination procedures.
2. During Appointment: Assistance in dealing with any issues during appointments and addressing patient requests promptly.
3. After Appointment: Recording patient feedback post-visit, clarifying medical issues if requested, and supporting patient rights after visits upon request.

FREE FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENTS SUPPORT

If a patient is not satisfied with the examination process, doctor’s advice, or treatment plan post-visit, our system will assist the patient in revisiting the physician for further examination and consultation if deemed reasonable and appropriate by us. Patients receive free follow-up examinations (excluding test costs and medications) with another specialist in the same field if their request is evaluated as legitimate and appropriate. However, we reserve the right to decline free follow-up appointment support if the request is deemed unsuitable or unreasonable.

EXEMPTION RIGHTS

1. BookingCare provides "medical appointment scheduling services" only. We do not offer medical services or represent any "Healthcare Service Providers." We are not responsible for the quality, effectiveness of medical treatment, costs, or service fees received from any "Healthcare Service Providers."
2. We are not liable for legal matters related to the healthcare activities of "Healthcare Service Providers."

LEGAL LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

1. We are legally responsible for what cannot be excluded according to Vietnamese law regulations.
2. Incidents (if any) related to using BookingCare's medical appointment scheduling services will be supported as outlined in the "role of BookingCare" section.

WHO AI ASSISTANT SERVES

1. The AI Assistant provides healthcare information to aid users in understanding physical and mental health issues. However, this information is for reference only; users should seek advice from specialized physicians before applying it. BookingCare is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of this information.
2. Your chat conversations are used to enhance the AI Assistant. We respect and protect your privacy; therefore, if there is information you prefer not to share, please refrain from mentioning it during the conversation.
